Alice Viviana Niccoli has gained solid experience at leading law firms in the fields of commercial and intellectual property law, with a particular focus on IP litigation, commercial contracts, and unfair competition. She advises both domestic and international clients operating in the fashion, technology, art, and food & beverage industries.
Admitted to the Milan Bar Association since 2022, she is currently an Associate in the Intellectual Property department, where she provides both contentious and non-contentious legal assistance in matters concerning trademarks, patents, designs, trade secrets, and new technologies, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of domestic and international commercial agreements.
Her academic involvement includes serving as a tutor for the "Industrial Property – Patents" course at the Politecnico di Milano. She is also a co-author of specialized publications on trade secrets and co-hosts the LES Italy podcast, which is dedicated to key topics in intellectual property law.
