Patrizia Beraldi has gained extensive experience in data protection and corporate compliance (GDPR, AI Act), with demonstrated expertise in advising companies on risk analysis and risk management, and in developing, implementing, and drafting policies and procedures. She provides legal support for privacy and security assessments and delivers training and awareness programs for personnel. Patrizia collaborates with IT teams and in‑house legal departments to implement organizational and technical measures that comply with EU regulations on data protection, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, helping organizations address emerging legal challenges stemming from increasingly pervasive technological innovation across all professional sectors.
She is an Adjunct Professor of Administrative Law at Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi, teaching in the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Political Science and International Relations, the School of Specialization for Legal Professions, and the Second-Level Master’s Program in Public Administration Sciences. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Informatics and Law of Technological Innovation at the Faculty of Law, LUISS Guido Carli University. Since June 2024, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of Lazio Padel.
