Daniele Cutolo has extensive experience in the telecommunications, energy, and environmental sectors, advising public and private entities on the negotiation and drafting of complex domestic and international contracts, as well as on dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration and litigation before national and European courts. He has been a speaker at more than 70 conferences on negotiation, mediation, and arbitration in Italy, the United States, and China, and has authored over thirty publications on these subjects in leading national and international journals.
He has served as a member of the Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) of Postel, a company within the Poste Italiane Group; as President of the Benevento University Student Services Authority (Azienda per il Diritto allo Studio Universitario); as a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Benevento; and as Coordinator of the Arbitration Chamber at Unioncamere Campania.
