Leonardo Orlando has acquired specific expertise in commercial and corporate law, advising financial institutions and industrial companies, both Italian and international. In particular, he focuses primarily on M&A transactions, corporate law advisory, corporate governance, and domestic and international contractual matters. He represents clients in litigation arising from the foregoing areas.

Prior to joining GA-Alliance, he gained professional experience in the legal department of a national authority responsible for the supervision and regulation of the financial sector, at a boutique law firm specialising in corporate and commercial law, and within the Corporate Affairs division of a leading Italian insurance group.
