Serena Spadavecchia is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property department of GA-Alliance. She has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2016. Over the years, she has worked with leading national and international law firms, both in Italy and abroad, gaining extensive experience in advising Italian and foreign clients on trademarks, patents, copyright, know‑how and trade secrets, advertising, and unfair competition, in both contentious and non‑contentious matters.

She also provides legal advice and assistance in the drafting, negotiation, and execution of agreements concerning the management, transfer, and licensing of industrial and intellectual property rights, as well as due‑diligence audits for M&A transactions. Her practice focuses in particular on the luxury and fashion, food, media, advertising, and communications sectors. She is also the author and co‑author of articles on intellectual property and copyright law.
