Enrico Lubrano has developed extensive and well-established experience in Sports Law (including disciplinary, administrative and sports employment matters, sponsorship and media contracts, doping issues, etc., providing assistance to sports federations, professional clubs, athletes, coaches and sports agents, both before Sports Justice Bodies and in out-of-court proceedings) and in Administrative Law (in particular public procurement, public contracts, energy, concessions, construction and urban planning, assisting individuals, companies and public authorities both before Administrative Courts and in extrajudicial matters).
In these fields, he is the author of numerous scientific publications and monographs and organizes several courses and conferences.
He is Professor of Sports Law (joint appointment with Giovanni Malagò) and Forensic Law at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. He serves as Councillor of the Rome Bar Association and chairs the Sports Law and Administrative Law Committees of the Rome Bar Council. He is a member of the Committee of Delegates of the Italian Society of Administrative Lawyers and is qualified as both an international and national Sports Agent, as well as a Sporting Director.
